Advance Fees and Loan Modifications Services
The Department of Real Estate has updated the “Sample/Model” advance fee agreement and verified accounting forms for loan modification services. The majority of the changes are in format only. If a broker has previously been issued a “no objection” letter from the Department, it is NOT necessary to submit a new agreement. The updated agreement and accounting forms are linked to the “Introduction to Sample Advance Fee Agreement” and are now in PDF Fill-in format.
Job Analysis and Examination Testing Procedures Study
DRE is conducting a new examination study. A key component of the study includes a real estate broker and salesperson job survey. We request your participation in completing the survey to ensure the study produces the most current and pertinent knowledge, skills, and abilities that are required of an individual entering the real estate field.
